RFI for Event Management and Technical Production Services

The buyer requires comprehensive event management, technical production, and live event coordination services for university commencement ceremonies. The requested scope includes video production and displays, venue technical coordination, audio, lighting, staging, production advance, logistics, production staffing models, labor and operations coordination, budget and financial management, and value-add capabilities such as live streaming integrations. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid, and the work must be performed onsite. Vendors must submit all questions no later than November 7, 2026. Vendors can submit responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer is looking for proposals regarding the budget. The contract period will span five years.
