Archaeological Consulting Services

The City of Delta, British Columbia, needs a vendor to provide archaeological consulting services and serve as the designated Archaeologist for assigned municipal projects. The scope of work includes reviewing technical plans, completing field assessments and Archaeological Impact Assessments, conducting onsite analyses, managing artifact handling, and coordinating surveillance with First Nations monitors. Only onshore vendors based in Canada are eligible to bid, and performance of the work must take place onsite. Applicants must submit proposals for a contract term of one year, and the buyer is currently looking for proposal budgets. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026.
