Affordable Housing Development Service

The government authority in Utah seeks a vendor to provide integrated design, development, construction, homebuyer financing, and related services for permanently affordable housing on agency-owned or controlled property. The selected vendor will evaluate assigned properties, manage construction, rehabilitation, demolition, and site preparation, as well as coordinate subcontractors, permits, and code compliance. Additionally, the scope requires establishing a fair process to qualify homebuyers and providing mortgage financing, education, and support services to participating households. Only US organizations operating onshore are eligible to apply for this opportunity. Interested vendors must perform the work onsite in Utah, and all questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
