HDP University Senior L.P. requires construction consulting services for an affordable senior housing development at 5202 University Avenue in San Diego, California. The scope includes preconstruction phase services such as developing preliminary budgets, schedules, cost estimates, progress plan reviews, system evaluations, risk assessments, and assistance with general contractor selection. Construction phase duties require general contract administration, change order evaluations, payment application reviews, schedule and budget monitoring, attending meetings, written observations, dispute resolution assistance, periodic reporting, and closeout support.
