U.S. Senate Request for Quotation for DigiCert Trust Lifecycle Manager

The U.S. Senate Sergeant at Arms requires quotations for DigiCert Trust Lifecycle Manager under Request for Quotation 2027-R-008. Offerors must provide firm-fixed-prices on an F.O.B. Destination basis using the mandatory Excel PRICING TABLE. Offerors may submit open market quotations or quotes under NASA SEWP, GSA Schedule, or other GWAC contracts. The Senate will make a single award based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation criteria. Eligible offerors must hold an active registration in the System for Award Management database with a DUNS or Unique Entity Identifier. Resellers must supply products directly from the OEM or authorized US distribution channels and submit an OEM authorization statement. If applicable, offerors must submit EULAs, a signed Addendum to Commercial Agreements, and an OEM Statement of Compliance with Section 208 of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2020.
