Geological Heritage and Geological Information Systems

The buyer requires a vendor to provide geological heritage and geological information systems work restricted to onshore Ireland. The requested scope includes digitally adjusting county geological heritage boundaries to match across county lines, combining duplicate county geological sites spanning county lines, and updating site reports for merged duplicate sites. Additionally, the vendor must create a GIS dataset and an accompanying GIS file of national geological heritage sites and those recommended for NHA status, containing all location and attribute data. The vendor must save the datasets in Geo-package format compatible with QGIS and supply the GIS file in a format compatible with ArcGIS (ArcPro) and MapInfo. Performance of the work will take place onsite in Ireland. Eligible candidates may submit proposals digitally online or via email. The buyer seeks proposals to establish the budget and provides tender documents including a tender structure XML, request for tender document, European Single Procurement Document, and contract notice.
