Active Directory Cleanup Modernization and Full Cloud-Readiness Transition Service

The Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) requires a consultant to provide active directory cleanup modernization and cloud-readiness transition services. The selected vendor must assess, clean up, and restructure CHA's hybrid active directory environment, conduct a modernization gap analysis, evaluate Azure AD tenant configurations, and deliver an end-to-end cloud-only identity plan with operational documentation. Only USA-based onshore organizations are eligible to bid, and respondents must possess three to five years of experience with projects of similar scope and size. Submissions must include Exhibit A narrative responses, Exhibit B Quote Form with firm fixed-price fees, workload statements, technical approaches, three references, and required compliance forms. The contract period spans a two-year base term, with CHA's solicitation noting up to three annual renewal options.
