Bulk Fuel Delivery Services

The Fort Worth Transportation Authority, operating as Trinity Metro, requires bulk fuel delivery services in Fort Worth, Texas. The selected vendor must provide reliable, on-demand transport delivery of Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) and Unleaded Gasoline into below-ground storage tanks using trucks equipped with pumps. Deliveries must occur between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM with at least one day advanced notice. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or online by November 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM, and all questions must be submitted by October 29, 2026. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. Trinity Metro will evaluate bids based on responsiveness and bidder responsibility, awarding the contract to the lowest-priced, responsive, and responsible bidder. The contract features an initial term of six months, with pricing determined by a fixed differential added to or subtracted from the applicable OPIS Fort Worth rack/shelf price on the delivery date.
