Electrical Systems Documentation and Compliance Study Services

The City of Georgetown is requesting proposals for WWTP electrical systems documentation and compliance study services. The selected vendor must conduct field inspections, verify electrical equipment data to develop accurate one-line diagrams, complete an arc-flash hazard analysis and code compliance study, and establish an electrical preventive-maintenance program. Eligible applicants are USA-based onshore organizations. Electronic proposals, including a complete PDF submittal, a completed Local Vendor Preference form, an Engineer Proposal Form, and a Statement of Qualification and Experience capped at five pages, must be submitted through the City's website by 3:00 PM EST on November 18, 2026. All questions must be submitted via Bidnet by 3:00 PM EST on November 4, 2026. The City will evaluate responsive proposals based on fee, the firm's skill, ability, efficiency, past performance, character, and ability to perform promptly and meet specifications.
