IP Based CCTV Surveillance Systems Upgrades and Installation Services

The government authority located in Morristown, NJ needs a vendor to provide offsite IP-based CCTV surveillance systems upgrades and installation services. The required scope includes ONVIF-S compatible hardware and software, vari-focal lenses, Cat5e or better cable runs, weather and vandalism protection, true Day/Night capabilities, at least 4 MP cameras, and a Hanwha Vision Wisenet Wave or equivalent storage solution capable of storing 60 days of full 24-hour video. Eligible bidders must be USA onshore organizations. Because this project is covered under the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, all contractors and subcontractors must possess a valid Public Works Contractor Registration Certificate and report certified payroll records weekly via the NJ Wage Hub and in hard copy. The contract term lasts for one year, and the buyer requests proposal pricing.
