Auto and Property Appraisal Service

The City of San Antonio Office of Risk Management requires a vendor to provide offsite automobile and property appraisal services for third-party damages caused by the City. The scope includes appraising vehicles, heavy equipment, and residential or commercial properties, as well as conducting medical reviews, special investigations for fraud detection, and valuation dispute services. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid, and medical reviews must be performed by licensed medical professionals or certified bill reviewers with relevant training in medical coding. An optional pre-submittal conference takes place on October 28, 2026, via Microsoft Teams. Bidders must submit all written questions by email to Angela Alonso-Smith by 4:00 p.m. Central Time on November 2, 2026. Bidders must register on the City's SAePS portal to view the solicitation and submit proposals before the deadline on November 19, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Time.
