CCTV Upgrades Services

The Alamance-Burlington School System requires a qualified contractor to provide CCTV upgrades at Walter Williams High School in Burlington, NC. The selected bidder must supply cable, devices, and licenses, as well as terminate, program, and test a completed system based on the project's drawings and specifications. Bids are accepted from onshore USA organizations regularly engaged and licensed in this work, provided the work represents a significant portion of their total business volume. Bidders must employ staff for this work and maintain an office and service department within a two-hour drive of Burlington, NC 27217. Interested contractors must attend a mandatory pre-bid site visit on November 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Walter Williams High School. Contractors must request plans and specifications by emailing [email protected], which is also the contact for questions. Bidders must submit an original sealed proposal and completed Bid Form by 2:00 PM on November 18, 2026, to the Operations Department Conference room at 1712 Vaughn Road, Burlington, NC 27217. The school system will evaluate bids to accept the proposal in its best interest, even if not the lowest, and reserves the right to negotiate if all bids exceed the budget.
