Municipal Planning Professional Services for Zoning Board Planner and Master Plan Consulting

The Township of Florence needs offsite municipal planning professional services for 2027, including consulting, drafting, and revising Master Plans. Applicants must be New Jersey licensed firms with at least ten years of experience in municipal planning, including work with MLUL and COAH, while the primarily assigned individual must have at least five years of experience as a municipal consultant or planning board planner.
