One-Time Purchase of Glunz & Jensen PlateWriter Infuse XL Machine or Equal CTP System

The West Virginia Department of Homeland Security – Division of Administrative Services is soliciting bids on behalf of West Virginia Correctional Industries for a one-time purchase of a Glunz & Jensen PlateWriter Infuse XL Machine, or equal. The contract requires supplying and installing a digital, semi-automated computer-to-plate system using water-based inkjet technology to produce press-ready aluminum plates for offset printing operations. The vendor must also provide pre-installed software supporting standard formats and at least one year of warranty services covering parts and labor. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. The contract will be awarded to the responsive vendor offering the required items at the lowest overall total cost. Vendor delivery and standard order charges must be included F.O.B. destination to the facility in Moundsville, WV, within 30 days of receiving a purchase order.
