Geographic Information System Programmer/Analyst to Update Public-Facing Interactive Housing Map

Housing, Infrastructure and Communities Canada (HICC) seeks proposals for a Geographic Information System programmer/analyst to update a public-facing interactive map displaying national housing needs. The selected contractor will perform offsite work to enable access to municipal housing needs assessments, Census data, and downloadable resources. Only invited Tier 1 TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders for the Virtual/Remote Access region under the EN578-170432 series may compete. Uninvited SA holders may request an invitation from the Contracting Authority up to five business days before the bid closing date. HICC will award one contract based on proposal evaluations, though the highest-scoring or lowest-cost proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
