On-Call Historic Resources Services for the University of Washington Campuses

The University of Washington is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from experienced firms to provide on-call historic resources services for design and construction projects managed by UWF. The required scope includes preparing historic resources addendums, surveys, reports, and historic property inventory forms for buildings, structures, sites, and landscapes across the Seattle, Tacoma, and Bothell campuses. Eligibility is limited to USA onshore organizations available for work in Washington State. Firms must submit questions using the solicitation question form by November 4, 2026. Applicants must submit their responses digitally through the Workday Strategic Sourcing online event by November 12, 2026, at 3:00 PM Pacific Time. Submissions require completing all portal questions and uploading a written narrative capped at 10 single-sided pages. Evaluators will score submissions based on experience and past performance (30%), staff experience and key personnel (30%), approach and methodology (30%), and business equity enterprises (10%), alongside pass/fail required documents.
