Tanana Chiefs Conference Grant Evaluators Services Request for Proposal

Tanana Chiefs Conference requires a vendor to provide grant evaluation services in Alaska. The selected contractor will collaborate with project staff and community members to create detailed evaluation plans, establish baseline benchmarks, coordinate data collection, and deliver quarterly progress reports. Scope also includes analyzing participant-level and systems-level data, offering technical assistance, and producing reports and fact sheets for various target audiences. Applicants must be USA-based (Onshore) vendors holding a current State of Alaska and City of Fairbanks business license. Proposals must be submitted via email in PDF format, limited to five pages. Submissions must include a signed proposal, firm history, evaluation experience, methodology, references, contact information, fee proposal, Tribal involvement details, and a completed Appendix A form. Proof of commercial general liability, automobile, and worker's compensation insurance is required before award. Proposals are evaluated on team qualifications, firm experience, methodology, staffing availability, references, and cost, with preferences available for Alaska Native/American Indian and Alaska Native Veteran-owned businesses.
