Village-Wide Professional Janitorial Services for Village of Lincolnwood Facilities

The Village of Lincolnwood is soliciting qualifications and pricing from firms to provide village-wide professional janitorial services starting January 1, 2027. Work covers Village Hall, the Police Department, Public Works, the Community Center, and selected areas of the Fire Department. Required tasks include sweep and mop cleaning, shower cleaning, clearing debris, and cleaning, disinfecting, and spot cleaning walls, doors, partitions, floors, high-touch surfaces, toilets, and sinks. Eligible onshore USA firms must submit at least three references for similar accounts from the last five years, including at least one government entity. Submissions require two separate sealed packages inside a single outer envelope: Envelope 1 containing the Statement of Qualifications and required forms without pricing, and Envelope 2 containing the Fee Schedule and Price Sheet. One hard copy must be submitted by 10:30 AM on November 18, 2026. An optional pre-submittal facilities walkthrough occurs on October 30, and written questions are due by November 5.
