Community Development Rehabilitation Services for Furnace and AC Replacement

The City of St. Joseph, Missouri, seeks proposals from qualified contractors to provide community development rehabilitation services across three locations. For the emergency replacement scope, the contractor must remove and dispose of the existing furnace and air conditioner, then install a 92 percent or greater energy-efficient gas-fired furnace, a 13 S.E.E.R. air conditioner, A-coil, PVC venting, condensate pump, CSST gas line, and a backlit digital thermostat. Contractors are responsible for removing all project debris, securing required permits, and adhering to city codes and manufacturer specifications. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this offsite work. Bidders must be licensed, insured, and registered with both the City of St. Joseph and SAM.gov.
