Wastewater Treatment Division Leadership Development, Team Building, and Coaching Services

King County is soliciting proposals from qualified leadership consultants with extensive background in the wastewater sector to provide leadership development, team development, strategic planning, and coaching services for its Wastewater Treatment Division leadership team. Work includes developing a competency-based leadership curriculum, conducting team dynamic assessments and workshops, facilitating strategic planning sessions, and providing one-on-one coaching for senior wastewater leaders. The performance of the work will be onsite, and the contract term is five years, with the County reserving the right to extend. Eligibility is limited to onshore US organizations registered in the King County E-Procurement Supplier Portal and licensed per Washington state or local laws. Applicants must submit a Price Proposal in Excel format using Attachment B, an SCS Submission Form (Attachment C), at least two project narrative examples, and a Contract Agreement showing any exceptions. Proposals are evaluated out of 120 total points based on Qualifications and Experience, Approach to Work, Pricing (20 points), Small Contractors and Suppliers participation, and optional Interviews and Demonstrations (20 points).
