Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments Professional Telecommunications Brokerage Services RFQ

The Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments (OKI) is seeking statements of qualifications from USA-based firms to provide professional telecommunications brokerage services in Cincinnati, Ohio. The selected vendor will assist OKI in defining, planning, developing, and executing efficient telecommunications services, which includes searching for competitive quotes from multiple carriers and analyzing telecommunications needs. Work will be performed offsite. Only USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals. Written questions must be submitted via email to David Shuey at [email protected] by October 26, 2026, at 4:00 PM EDT. Final submittals are due by November 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST, and can be sent digitally via email or online, or returned in a sealed envelope. Submissions must include a completed Cover Sheet, Understanding of Project Scope, References, Conflict of Interest statement, and DBE/SBE compliance forms. The vendor selection is scheduled for December 1, 2026, with a notice to proceed expected on January 5, 2027.
