Borough of North Arlington Request for Proposals for Special Legal Counsel Services

The Borough of North Arlington is soliciting Qualification Statements from interested firms and individuals to provide special legal counsel services. Applicants must be USA-based organizations capable of performing the work offsite and willing to agree to the Borough's compensation terms. Qualification Statements are due by December 3, 2026. Submissions must be bound, signed, and include a summary page, an executed Letter of Qualification, an executed Letter of Intent, and the names and addresses of all firm principals. The Borough and its Review Team will evaluate proposals based on experience and reputation in the field, as well as availability to accommodate required Borough meetings. Respondents bear all costs associated with proposal preparation.
