Township of Wall Request for Qualifications and Proposals for Various Professional Services 2027

The Township of Wall is soliciting requests for qualifications and proposals for various professional services for 2027 through a competitive, fair, and open process. Required roles include affordable housing administrative agents, legal prosecutors and public defenders, planners, architects, auditors, bond counsel, and multiple specialized engineering positions. Each applied position requires a separate, dedicated application packet. Eligible prospective bidders must be USA-based organizations registered with the State of New Jersey and comply with NJSA 19:44A et seq. Submissions must include one original paper copy and one electronic flash drive enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly labeled with the position title. Applications must be submitted to Thomas O'Hara, Chief Financial Officer, by 10:00 AM on Friday, November 13, 2026. Submissions must contain a signed checklist, Qualification Proposal Form, proposal fee schedule, Affidavit of Non-Collusion, Respondent Identification Form, mandatory compliance certifications, Business Registration Certificate, and proof of liability and errors and omissions insurance of at least $1,000,000.
