Janitorial Services for Various City-Owned Facilities in Kissimmee

The City of Kissimmee requires comprehensive janitorial and custodial services for various city-owned facilities in Kissimmee, Florida. Scope of work includes sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, vacuuming, dusting, spot cleaning, and sanitizing common areas, break rooms, conference rooms, kitchens, and locker rooms. Only USA-based onshore organizations are eligible to bid. The contract period will last for one year. All questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.
