Ditch Cleaning and Clearing Services at Newark Liberty International Airport

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey requires a contractor to provide ditch cleaning and clearing services at Newark Liberty International Airport. The selected vendor must remove litter, debris, and garbage from six peripheral ditch locations on an on-call basis between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations, and the work must be performed onsite. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 29, 2026, and final electronic bids must be submitted via Euna by November 13, 2026. The contract term is three years.
