Passaic County RFQ-27-052 for Outside Legal Counsel Services

The Board of County Commissioners of the County of Passaic seeks qualified law firms for project RFQ-27-052 to expand its pool of outside legal counsel. The selected law firms will represent the county offsite in Paterson, New Jersey, in various legal proceedings as needed during calendar year 2027. Outside counsel must keep litigation costs minimal, provide an initial case analysis and budget, consult with County Counsel on an ongoing basis, and designate no more than three attorneys per matter. Law firms cannot bill for intra-office conferences, file familiarization time, or routine administrative matters. Only USA organizations are eligible to bid. Applicants must submit four bid proposals (one original, two copies, and one electronic copy on CD or USB) on county-supplied forms by November 5, 2026, at 10:30 AM. Submissions must arrive at the Passaic County Procurement Center by hand delivery, certified mail, or overnight delivery.
