NAAEE Evaluation and Communications Consultant Services for eeBLUE Mini-Grants Program

The North American Association for Environmental Education (NAAEE) seeks an external evaluation and communications consultant for the eeBLUE Ocean Acidification Education and Outreach Mini-Grants Program. The selected consultant will assess project implementation and program outcomes, engage with mini-grantees, create a program logic model, develop a designed final evaluation report, present findings, and create digital media communications. Eligibility is global, and the offsite performance will support projects across six Coastal Ecosystem Learning Centers member institutions. The total available budget for this contract is $20,000, which includes travel expenses for at least one national conference.
