Borough of Sayreville Textile Collection Program Services

The Borough of Sayreville is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for the provision of a Textile Collection Program. Eligible applicants are restricted to onshore USA organizations. Contractors will perform the required work offsite. Vendors must request proposal documents from the Borough website or the Finance Office. Applicants must mail or deliver sealed proposals to the Purchasing Agent at 167 Main St., Sayreville, NJ 08872. Proposals will be opened publicly on Wednesday, December 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM, and late submissions will not be considered. Vendors must comply with New Jersey Affirmative Action, Stockholder Disclosure Certifications, and Americans with Disabilities Act requirements.
