Mesa County Storage Facility Fire Protection and Fire Alarm System

The Facilities Department of Mesa County, Colorado is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified USA-based organizations for a storage facility fire protection system. The required scope includes a complete, code-compliant design, permitting, labor, materials, coordination, utility locating, fees, excavation, restoration, installation, testing, inspections, and certification of fire protection and fire alarm systems. Performance of the work will be onsite, and the contract period will span two years. Attendance at a mandatory site visit meeting on November 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM M.T. is required. All questions must be submitted no later than November 10, 2026. Electronic responses must be submitted through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System prior to November 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM M.T. Bids must include a signed Solicitation Response Form, institution pricing sheets in USD, and optional alternate or redacted files as applicable. Proposals will be evaluated based on responsiveness to the RFP, experience, required skills, and pricing/fees to determine the best-value offeror.
