Structural and Electrical Engineering, Fabrication, and Exterior Facade Signage Installation at SUNY Maritime College

SUNY Maritime College requires exterior facade signage services for Baylis Hall under IFB # 26-51. The requested scope includes the structural and electrical engineering, fabrication, and installation of an externally illuminated architectural "M" logo mounted to the exterior facade. Participation is limited to USA onshore organizations. Bidders must demonstrate technical capability and experience by proving successful completion of at least four comparable contracts of similar size, scope, complexity, and nature within the past five years. A pre-bid walkthrough occurs on November 2, 2026, and all questions or requests for clarification must be submitted by email no later than November 5, 2026. Proposals are due November 19, 2026. Required submission materials include the Summary Information Form, Proposal Response Form, Proposal Bid Form with Notarized Acknowledgement, References Form, Vendor Responsibility Form, ST-220 Contract Certification Form, Gender Based Violence and the Workplace Certification, and a Bid Bond. The contract award will go to the most qualified and responsible low bidder. The project duration is 60 days following the Notice to Proceed.
