South Africa Leadership and Advocacy Accelerator Facilitation Consultancy for Rise Up Together

Rise Up Together seeks experienced consultants, preferably a team of two, to adapt its Advocacy Guide curriculum and facilitate the fourth South Africa Leadership and Advocacy Accelerator. The selected contractor will handle curriculum adaptation, conduct four virtual sessions and a six-day residential workshop near Johannesburg, provide coaching, and review participant proposals. Work takes place offsite between 15 January and 30 June 2027. Eligibility is restricted to onshore South African organizations, registered businesses, or teams of qualified consultants with at least seven years of experience in participatory advocacy training. Applicants must submit a cover letter, CVs, a two-page sample session design proposal, and an itemized budget via email. The application deadline is 20 November 2026. The budget range for the full scope of work is ZAR 180,500 to 220,500, exclusive of VAT and separate travel expenses.
