Northeast Ohio Medical University Preclinical Medical Education and USMLE Study Resource RFP

Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) is requesting proposals from onshore USA organizations for preclinical medical education services. The selected vendor will provide an online learning resource to support medical students through their preclinical curriculum and prepare them for USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 exams. The resource must enable independent study while allowing faculty, tutors, and staff to monitor student progress across various fields, including Biomedical Sciences, Foundations of Medicine, and Medical Ethics & Humanities. Work will be performed offsite at the vendor's premises. Bidders must register and submit all proposals electronically through Public Purchase in PDF or Word format by November 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM. An Intent to Respond is due by October 30, 2026. NEOMED will evaluate proposals based on core element criteria, ranking submissions by multiplying scores by category weights.
