California State University Monterey Bay Shuttle Services and Fleet Monitoring System

California State University, Monterey Bay (CSUMB) is soliciting proposals from US organizations to provide comprehensive shuttle services for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. The requested scope includes weekday, weekend, summer, and special event shuttle operations, along with fleet maintenance, safety inspections, real-time tracking, driver safety technology, ridership data reporting, and onboard surveillance systems. Performance of the work will take place onsite in California over a three-year contract term. Eligible onshore US suppliers must submit all questions, requests for clarification, and final proposals electronically through PlanetBids. An optional pre-bid Zoom meeting is scheduled for October 29, 2026, and written questions are due by November 06, 2026. Final proposals must be submitted through PlanetBids no later than December 8, 2026.
