MoDOT IFB for OEM Standard Minivans and Passenger Vans for State Transit Program

The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) and MHTC seek qualified organizations to supply current model year or newer OEM Standard Minivans and Passenger Vans for purchase under the State Transit Program. Eligible bidders must be located onshore in the USA, and the work requires onsite performance. Contracts will run for three years from the executed contract date, with options for two one-year renewals. Bidders must submit proposals electronically through MissouriBUYS or by mail using USPS, UPS, or FEDEX, as MoDOT will not accept email bid responses. Bidders planning to submit hard copy bids must notify the buyer of record via email five days before the closing date. All questions and issues must be submitted at least ten calendar days prior to the solicitation due date of December 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
