The agency is seeking a vendor to configure, customize, host, and operate an e-commerce website suite. This system must interface with the agency NextGen system, which is based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. The website will provide a customized experience based on user type, displaying product information, inventory levels, store locations, current promotions, upcoming events, and other agency information. The scope of work requires the implementation of development, testing, and production environments, with the vendor performing the final implementation to the production environment. The website must allow users to place orders for pickup from participating outlets, view order history, and opt in for specialized advertising and promotions. Additionally, marketing staff require the ability to interact with licensees, brokers, and vendors to participate in product workflows and provide customer support. The system must interact with externally hosted eGift card and customer loyalty programs. The service includes providing all standard user and administrator documentation for the base product in an editable format. The agency also requires the maintenance of adequate compute, storage, and communications resources to ensure an acceptable end-user experience, alongside support for testing during NextGen environment upgrades and the implementation of future system enhancements. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all work will take place offsite. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine pricing. A vendor conference is scheduled for May 19, 2026.
