Modern Digital Workplace Development Solution

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a modern digital workplace development solution that is scalable, compliant, and user-friendly. The project aims to build an internal communications portal in SharePoint, develop Board and Executive Portals using SharePoint and PowerApps, and complete the remaining 22 of over 40 departmental SharePoint sites. This initiative will support user adoption and change management across the organization through a measured delivery pace. The scope of work requires designing and iteratively prototyping custom SharePoint Online sites tailored to each business area, focusing on user experience, business processes, and records management requirements. The selected vendor must plan and support content migration from Shared Drives into SharePoint, providing a migration plan and execution report for each business area. Additionally, the project covers configuring Microsoft Purview for records classification and retention management, maintaining configuration documentation throughout the project. The agency also requests the development and integration of PowerApps, Power Automate, or other Microsoft 365 tools where applicable, including optional tailored solutions. The vendor must deliver training materials, conduct training sessions for end users, and provide post-implementation support and transition documentation. Eligible bidders must be onshore Canadian organizations. The performance of the work will take place entirely offsite.
