Transit Tracking and Reporting System

The agency is seeking an intuitive, highly configurable transit tracking and reporting system to increase transparency and accountability. This software platform must be accessible through a modern web browser to allow users to submit applications, budgets, required reports, reimbursement requests, and vehicle requests, while also maintaining records and facilitating communication. The system will solve the problem of fragmented data by providing real-time visibility and enabling users to complete submissions in a single format rather than submitting data files in various formats. The scope of work requires custom defined data fields, workflow and approval automation, and financial tracking and reporting. The platform must offer offline caching and editing functionality to support field operations for asset inspections and grant site visits where internet connectivity is limited. Additionally, the system must support complete asset lifecycle management from acquisition through disposal, maintain historical records of all asset-related activities, and integrate with GIS and mapping systems for location-based asset visualization and infrastructure planning. The agency also requires user technical support and the option to archive older records to ensure efficient system performance. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The agency requires the performance of the work to be completed offsite.
