Enterprise Guest or Venue and Commerce Management Platform

The agency is seeking an enterprise-grade guest or venue and commerce management platform to modernize its operations. The selected vendor will provide a fully integrated platform along with associated services to ensure a seamless transition and ongoing operations. The agency strongly prefers a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service delivery model to host the platform software. The scope of work covers platform software licensing, configuration, implementation, testing, deployment, and cutover support. The agency also requires data migration services, staff training, knowledge transfer, operational documentation, and post-implementation stabilization services. Ongoing support, maintenance, patches, updates, and service management are required throughout the contract term. The contract period will span five years. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity.
