Cloud-Based Legal Case Management System

The City is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based legal case management system to centralize legal case information, streamline workflows, and improve visibility into the case lifecycle. The system must track all aspects of criminal cases, including defendants, victims, witnesses, attorneys, judges, court dates, and dispositions. The agency also requires document creation and management capabilities to assemble, generate, and manage customized documents, including the ability to generate amended documents while preserving history and saving previous versions. The requested scope of work includes calendar integration with Microsoft Outlook or other systems to track hearings, deadlines, and meetings, as well as secure remote access to case files from mobile phones and tablets. The system must support task management to assign and track tasks for each case, and provide a real-time dashboard alongside data reporting in PDF, Excel, and CSV formats for caseload statistics, attorney performance, and case outcomes. Additionally, the agency requires the migration of existing paper files to the new system while ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to be completed offsite, and bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online.
