Integrated Public Defense Management System

The agency is seeking an integrated public defense management system to improve the capture, quality, and accessibility of case, investigation, discovery, and service information. The project aims to solve inefficiencies by reducing the time required to locate key case information and eliminating reliance on paper files or separate systems for core functions. The agency expects the solution to improve the accuracy and timeliness of responses to internal and external information needs, such as management reporting, oversight, and court deadlines, while reducing manual compilation and data-quality corrections. The scope of work requires a unified, integrated solution that reduces duplication of effort by enabling enter-once, use-many workflows and integrated document and work-product generation. The selected vendor must serve as the single point of contact under the resulting contract. The agency is requesting proposals to determine the budget for this offsite project. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online. The agency will host a pre-proposal teleconference on April 15, 2026.
