The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive advertising, marketing, media, and related products and services. The selected provider will develop and execute implementation plans, outreach strategies, and public relations processes to promote the brand, increase awareness, and deliver marketing messages. The scope of work covers advertising across billboard, cinema, digital, online, magazine, newspaper, radio, social media, tabloid, television, and website channels. The agency requires the creation of various graphics, including vectors, video graphics, animation graphics, and still graphics. The provider must also deliver digital assets such as photography, logos, illustrations, animations, audiovisual media, presentations, spreadsheets, word documents, electronic mail, websites, and their respective metadata. All performance of the work will occur offsite. Bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and will award a contract for a period of one year.
