Grant Writing and Technical Assistance Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive grant writing and technical assistance services. The primary goal is to identify grant opportunities that align with agency priorities and to evaluate the competitiveness of potential proposals in relation to specific funding sources. The selected partner will collaborate with applicants and partners to define project details, develop budgets, and establish project plans, timelines, and organizational charts. The scope of work also requires the vendor to write the grant applications and ensure their timely submission. To support these applications, the vendor must develop metrics and performance measures to assess the success of various initiatives. Additionally, the vendor will create process flow charts, infographics, and other visual aids as needed for the submissions. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. All contracted work will be performed offsite. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for proposals to define the cost structure.
