Utility Network Migration Services

The Lincoln, Nebraska government authority is seeking utility network migration services to upgrade its systems to Esri ArcGIS Utility Network and ArcGIS Pro. This transition aims to ensure future compatibility, regulatory flexibility, and robust performance for the agency. The project addresses the need to modernize the existing geometric network GIS data model and editing environment into a fully functioning production Esri utility network data model. The scope of work requires analyzing current state GIS-related business processes to ensure the new solution supports or improves them. The selected partner must determine the enterprise database platform, capacity model, high availability and disaster recovery methodology, and ArcGIS monitor deployment. Additionally, the project involves conducting a full migration of the production GIS database from its existing Esri geometric network model to the Esri utility network GIS data model for distribution and fiber networks. The agency requires the migration of non-networked transmission and other data from the existing GIS database. The work also includes deploying an editing solution in ArcGIS Pro with the ArcFM Editor XI tool to support future state editing workflows. Finally, the agency needs interface designs that utilize modern technologies to support future unidentified integrations and ensure GIS data can be consumed by an enterprise data warehouse. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency permits the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders may submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
