Security Guard Service

The government authority in Las Vegas, Nevada is seeking armed and unarmed security guard services to secure designated developments and sites. The agency requires vehicle, bike, or foot patrols to monitor these locations, which includes checking stairwell and roof access doors for security. To ensure accountability and clear communication, the agency needs a cohesive, digital reporting system to track guard activities electronically during each shift and to generate descriptive daily narratives and incident reports. The selected provider must submit computerized security reports from the previous day's patrol to the agency daily. These reports must detail normal guard check-ins and check-outs, as well as any incidents involving the metropolitan area and local police. Performance of all security services must take place onsite at the designated locations in Las Vegas. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this procurement.
