Automated Traffic Violation Enforcement System

The City of Baltimore, Maryland is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive, turn-key digital Automated Traffic Violation Enforcement System (ATVES) program. This system will support the city's red-light, speed, and commercial vehicle enforcement programs to improve traffic safety. The agency requires a system composed of enforcement cameras billed on a monthly fixed-fee basis per complete camera system. The selected vendor must document the ability, expertise, and management skills necessary to furnish, install, maintain, repair, implement, and operate a large-scale, city-wide program. The scope of work covers implementing new ATVES systems and performing all related work offsite. Bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative.
