Technical Assistance and Facilitation Partner Service

The New York State government authority located in Albany, NY is seeking a technical assistance and facilitation partner for its schools program. The agency needs to solve the challenge of successfully launching, monitoring, and scaling school partnerships across the state. To address this, the agency requires a partner to deliver three interconnected functions over a four-year contract period. The scope of work covers implementation support, continuous improvement and monitoring, and learning and dissemination. For implementation support, the partner must facilitate program launch and execution through coaching, tools, and project management supports. Under continuous improvement and monitoring, the partner must support partnerships to use data and leading indicators to strengthen implementation over time. For the learning and dissemination function, the partner must support partnerships to package generated artifacts and synthesize cross-partnership lessons into practice-ready products and professional learning resources for statewide use. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through an online submission portal. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a specific funding limit.
