Family Foundations Home Visiting Program Service

The Wisconsin Department of Children and Families in Madison is seeking proposals to expand evidence-based Family Foundations Home Visiting services. The agency aims to address poor maternal, child, and family outcomes in high-risk counties and tribes across the state. Selected providers will receive direct individual technical assistance from program staff, including monthly calls to discuss work plan progress, barriers, and available resources. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. Eligible organizations must possess written policies and procedures regarding the prevention of child and youth sexual abuse, including guidelines for screening and selecting employees and volunteers. Grantees must complete background checks on all staff before they work with children aged eighteen or younger, and they must maintain these records for auditing purposes. The agency also prohibits the use of conversion therapy. The contract will run for a period of one year, and the work may be performed onsite or offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget. Interested parties may attend an optional pre-proposal meeting on May 18, 2026.
