Heating and Electrical Systems Assessment Services

The Harbor, Maine government authority is seeking a vendor to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of its heating and electrical systems. The agency needs to identify the type, age, condition, and efficiency of its existing heating equipment, as well as assess distribution systems including ductwork, piping, controls, and zoning. The project also requires an evaluation of electrical service capacity, distribution systems, panel conditions, wiring, and overall system reliability. The agency is trying to solve the problem of unassessed utility infrastructure by integrating general building systems and highlighting energy efficiency opportunities where applicable. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency expects the performance of the work to take place offsite.
