Operations and Maintenance Wastewater Treatment Facility System

The Charlton, Massachusetts government authority is seeking a contractor to provide full-service operations and maintenance for its wastewater treatment facility system. The agency requires these services to be delivered in a safe, secure, effective, efficient, and fully compliant manner. The selected operator must ensure that the wastewater plant influent remains within design parameters. The scope of work covers the wastewater collection system, mechanical repairs at pump stations, residential pump chambers, and the treatment plant. Specific tasks include cleaning or jetting, video imaging, and smoke testing the sewer lines within the collection system. Additionally, the agency requires the implementation of a comprehensive, computer-based preventive maintenance program for the facilities. The contractor must prepare and sign all state monthly operation and maintenance reports as well as monthly discharge monitoring reports. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity.
