Community Grants Program Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide community grants program services to support schools and community organizations within its California service territory. This program will fund projects focused on building electrification, transportation electrification, and energy resilience. The agency aims to reduce emissions, lower long-term energy and transportation costs, increase savings on customer energy bills, and build awareness about the benefits of all-electric technology. Transitioning to these technologies will help the agency improve air quality, strengthen resilience during power outages, and create healthier spaces for community members. The agency requires the selected vendor to perform all work offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals to cover a contract period of two years. Interested parties must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than May 1, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the submitted bids for the two-year contract term.
